This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting.

We’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

I will put this together after our consultation and will be completely bespoke to your needs

We’ll use these calls to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions. 

This allows you to ask any questions with a quick turnaround from myself.

All of this is underpinned and supported by a secure online sleep log to allow us all to track progress and quickly pick up issues.

This is a summary of what have achieved plus also some tips for the future (eg travelling and dropping naps)

Whilst I don’t give a guarantee on my services, with the full plan I promise that we will keep working together for as long as it takes to reach your sleep goal (this is normally between 2-6 weeks).
