This week was the start of something new! I’ve been wanting to create a series on sleep for a while so here we are!
Essentially each week I’ll be taking on a topic and then recording short (yep short!) videos to explain the key things behind each topic!
This week to start off with we talked about the sleep fundamentals, so that means that we covered sleep environment, routine and settling..
